Certified Peshitta allocation standard

Urevangelium does not translate the Peshitta. The Syriac comes only from the pinned source text, and every displayed English word comes only from the admitted 1851 Murdock Gospel units. The system decides placement; it does not compose wording.

Source inventory: 50,477 Syriac tokens across 3,779 Gospel records, with zero missing, altered, duplicated, or unexpected occurrences.
Published English: 84,133 Murdock words preserved verbatim and accounted for once. No project-generated English and no wording borrowed from another column.
Parent assignments: 50,464 populated Syriac parents. Each receives a contiguous phrase of no more than three Murdock words under deterministic evidence priorities.
Governed alignment: 2,726 shared-row decisions certified: 1,950 source-order boundary spans, 458 contextual lexical correspondences, 278 verse-level Syriac units, and 40 multirow lexical spans.

Deterministic evidence order

Admit exact atomic SEDRA IV headword evidence.
Admit pinned ETCBC/SyrNT morphological evidence.
Require corroboration from two independent witness families among Greek, Latin, and Coptic for cross-tradition placement evidence; dependent Greek columns count as one family. This evidence controls placement only.
Allocate the remaining contiguous Murdock phrase context in stable source order with fixed tie-breaking.

Explicit edge cases

13 blank Syriac parents remain across ten verses because those Murdock units contain fewer English words than Syriac source tokens.
15 English-only expansion words remain because every honest adjacent Syriac parent is already at the three-word ceiling.
Neither category may be erased by inventing, duplicating, dropping, merging, or proportionally redistributing words.

Release gates

Source: all 3,779 records must exactly match the pinned 50,477-token inventory.
English: all 84,133 Murdock words must be admitted, ordered within their cells, and accounted for once.
Parentage: zero avoidable blank parents, no cell over three words, and no absorbable expansion.
Alignment: every governed shared-row decision must carry a certified relation and supporting provenance.
Display: Syriac remains right-aligned, English remains left-aligned, and every phrase remains in an ordinary cell.
